At LIMÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like jewelry and swimwear are final sale once the protective seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LIMÉ account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
